100 Random things (since this seems to be all the craze)
1. Name's Polly. I was named by my great grandmother.
2. I was going to be called "Jennifer" originally.
3. I like my name because it's unique.
4. I had a brother, Jason, who died when he was 22.
5. I had a happy childhood.
6. Live in sunny South Florida.
7. Boca Raton, to be exact.
8. Not crazy about Florida, at least to live.
9. But my entire family migrated down here.
10. Would like to head for points west, and live where the
mountains are. I miss the change of seasons.
11. Probably to live on a ranch raising horses.
12. I am 5'2" tall and slim.
13. I am a natural blonde with shoulder length hair.
14. Though as I matured it darkened and got mousy.
15. So I color it. :)
16. It's got highlights now.
17. I have two cats, Pearl and Pyewacket.
18. They are of the Devon Rex breed.
19. I love classic rock.
20. The Beatles are my absolute favorite (esp. Ringo)
21. Followed by the Rolling Stones
22. Then The Doors
23. I wear glasses. My eyes are gray-blue.
24. Tried contacts but couldn't take them.
25. My eyes are very dry.
26. I sing a little bit.
27. Have taken lessons.
28. I also play a tiny bit of piano
29 But I'm rusty since it's been awhile.
30. I was in drama club in high school
31. And was also in chorus.
32. I played Adelaide in "Guys And Dolls" in high school.
33. I played Lucy in "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown!"
in junior high.
34. I love karaoke.
35. I am a natural ham and love to perform. :)
36. I love to travel, but haven't been outside the U.S. yet.
37. Planning a trip to Europe hopefully soon.
38. Want to visit England, Ireland, Germany, France and
Sweden most of all.
39. I love doing genealogy, so the trip will be great to do
some research on as well.
40. My mom saw the Beatles in concert.
41. I'm jealous of that! :)
42. She raised me to love all kinds of music, and gain a real
love and appreciation for it.
43. Same with reading. I adore a good book.
44. I love Stephen King novels
45. Anne Rice (particularly the Vampire Chonicles)

48. I love a good horror / suspense film.
49. Hitchcock is a real favorite in that genre.
50. I am a big movie fan.
51. I am originally from Indiana.
52. Michigan City to be exact. 40 minutes away from Chicago.
53. I have a tattoo.

57. I don't plan on getting any more.
58. Both my ears are pierced, but no other body parts.

60 I also work for Walgreens (drug store chain) as my
store's inventory manager.

62. Am self taught in HTML though I am not all THAT brilliant at it
63. I work on my father's site, for his business.
64. He's a mounted police officer, works with horses.
65. He runs Mounted Police Training Systems, Inc.
66. And instructs mounted officers all over the country.
67. My mom works for an insurance adjuster.
68. I am currently single.

70. I won third row center seats to Paul McCartney's 1989
tour. It was the first time I'd seen a Beatle live.
71. Just saw him again May 2002.
72. I've seen Ringo as well, three times.
73. I've also seen Peter Gabriel, Aerosmith, John Mellencamp
74. And lots of others... I love concerts.
75. My earliest crushes were on Davy Jones, David
Cassidy, and Donny Osmond.
76. I am still a fan of Donny's... met him several times
and he's extremely sweet and unassuming. :)
77. I studied French for four years in high school.
78. Can only remember very basic vocab now however.
79. My first word was "kee"... I was saying "kitty" and
pointing to our cat, Dinah. :)
80. When I was five, I had an imaginary friend.
81. His name? Ringo. :-D
82. He stayed until I was almost seven. Then I outgrew him
and told everyone he'd "moved to Brazil". ::laughs::
83. Also at five I got my first stitches. OUCH! :(
84. I tripped over a toy and almost put my eye out with my
candy cane, which I'd licked to a sharp point at the end.
85. I still have the scar beneath my right eye.
86. In 2002 I got braces taken off my teeth after five years.
87. I had a bad case of TMJ and did that to avoid surgery.
88. Seems to have worked, I don't have symptoms any more. :)
89. I sucked my thumb until I was five.
90. Probably why I developed the TMJ!
91. I still enjoy sitting down and hand writing letters. :)
92. I love shopping.
93. My grandmother's house (in Indiana) we believed was
haunted .
94. It was built on an Indian burial ground and there used
to be strange things that happened there.
95. I am deathly afraid of spiders.
96. I also can't stand cockroaches. And clowns really freak me out.
97. My favorite season is fall.
98. My favorite holiday is Christmas.
99. My favorite color is purple
